Job Satisfaction
Matters most to people, with room to improve. Career growth, last round's first fix, is now second.
Walkthrough
Pick a step to explore.
Follow the whole path: the survey, what to fix first, why it matters, the plan leaders chose, and whether things got better.
Choose the fixes. Assign the owners. Give them what they need.
Ranx suggests initiatives for each priority, sized by effort and budget. Leaders try different sets, and Ranx shows how much of each priority and outcome they cover. Each chosen initiative then gets an owner, step-by-step tasks on their calendar, and ready-to-use materials that AI drafts and a person approves. Decivium finished its first round of five initiatives in October, and after its fourth-quarter survey adopted the next five on November 1 and assigned them the same day.

John Doe owns all five of this round's initiatives, each with six steps like these. Owners log check-ins, blockers, and support requests as they go. The final step closes only after the actual reach and delivery are recorded, with the owner's confidence rating. Lift's scorecard reads all of it, as it did for the first round's 30 finished steps.
Every step lands on the calendar, and every check mark comes back.
Ranx - My Calendar keeps initiative due dates, every task step, and when surveys open, close, and run next in the calendar you already use. Each event links back to its task, and finished steps come back marked complete.
