Every major engagement platform can run a survey, chart the results and track an action plan. The harder
work comes after the plan: giving each initiative something people can follow, and checking whether it
moved anything. On most platforms that work falls to your HR team, or to services you pay for separately.
Ranx Business includes it.
Compared with Culture Amp, Lattice, Quantum Workplace and Qualtrics, plus Viva Glint, Workday Peakon, Gallup and HR-system surveys, from their public
product, pricing and help pages on October 28, 2026.

Side by side
What each platform does after the survey.
All five can survey, analyze and track actions. The differences start with how priorities are set, and grow
after the action plan. Where we couldn't find something in a vendor's public documentation, we say so instead
of claiming it doesn't exist.

Ranx prices are annual list prices. Enterprise is a custom agreement and isn't shown. "Partly" means the vendor
offers a lighter version of the capability; the cell says what it is.
The hatched rows are the gap.
Other platforms help you write the action plan, and some offer lighter help after it. Building what each initiative needs, and showing leadership what changed, mostly falls to your HR team or is sold as services: People Science Consulting is a paid add-on at Culture Amp, Quantum Workplace puts its analyst and executive presentation in higher service tiers, and Qualtrics sells Advisory. Ranx Business does that work inside the subscription.
Price the gap

Days each task takes
These days are our assumptions, not quotes. With Ranx, we count your team's time to review and approve what
Ranx drafts: 0.5 day per survey to read the results and set priorities, 0.5 day per survey to choose initiatives and get leadership sign-off, 0.5 day per initiative to write each initiative's plan and materials, 0.25 day per initiative to track delivery and check what moved.

Your managers still run the initiatives either way, so that time isn't counted on either side. Review time with
Ranx is priced at the HR-team rate.
Price as you grow
Ranx costs the same at 300 people or 3,000.
Lattice Engagement and Viva Glint publish a price per person, so their cost rises with every hire. Each Ranx plan has one flat
price, and you choose the plan by what you need, not by headcount; above 5,000 employees, Enterprise is an
annual agreement scoped with you. This compares price only; the table above compares what you get.
Lattice Engagement: $4 a seat a month, $4,000 minimum a year. Viva Glint: $2 a user a month, 50-seat minimum, and it also needs a qualifying Microsoft 365 license, not counted here. Ranx plans are priced by what they include, not by headcount: Starter allows 7,500 responses a month and 3 admins, Pro 25,000 and 10, Business 50,000 and 15. Extra admin seats are $276 a year each.
Other ways teams do this today
Not every team buys a survey platform.
Many organizations use what's already in their stack, bring in a firm, or run surveys themselves. Here's what
each gives you, and where the work after the survey lands.

Microsoft Viva Glint
Statistical driver impact, Copilot themes from comments, and focus areas for managers, with a status they set by hand.
$2 a user a month, 50-seat minimum, plus a qualifying Microsoft 365 license.
After the survey: Each focus area can show its score change since the last survey. Expert help comes from partners, contracted separately.
The Q12 survey with Gallup's benchmarks, action plans tied to Q12 items, AI next steps, and a learning library. From 100 employees it's consultant-led.
Quote only from 100 employees. A one-time survey for small teams is $20 a participant.
After the survey: Gallup advisers help interpret results and build the strategy. Its federal rate card lists consulting at $203 to $435 an hour.
BambooHR includes an eNPS survey from its Core plan, and HiBob includes pulse surveys and eNPS. Paylocity and Rippling offer surveys too, and Paylocity adds best-practice action items you can track.
Included with, or quoted alongside, the HR system.
After the survey: Check how far the analysis goes before you plan a year around it.
A free or inexpensive form, and a spreadsheet for the answers.
Free to low cost.
After the survey: Everything after the responses is yours: the analysis, keeping small groups confidential, the priorities and the plan.
How we checked
Sources, checked October 28, 2026.
We read each vendor's public product, pricing and help-center pages. "Not found" means we looked in that
documentation and couldn't find it, not that it can't exist. Products change. If something here is out of
date, tell us and we'll correct it.
