A survey suggested for 6–12 months after completion, with 5 rating questions about skills, their use, career confidence, program fit and reported career changes, plus NPS and two written-response questions. Use graduates' reported experiences to inform program improvements.

Not for
Programs where post-completion contact is impractical (no maintained alumni list) or where the relevant outcome window is too short for the 6-12-month lag to be informative.
